File a Claim for Damaged, Defective or Missing Product
All packages are inspected before shipment for accuracy but in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective or is missing because of an error on our part, we will be happy to replace it. All claims for damaged, defective or missing items must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery acceptance. Please follow the return procedures described in our Return Policy section. You will be required to return the damaged/defective items.
Any claim of missing packages or damaged packages/products caused by shipping carrier mishandling must be filed directly with the shipping carrier by the customer. We will be happy to assist you in filing a damage claim. You must save the damaged items and packaging.
