Most non-personalized orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days from when your order is placed. We do not process orders during the weekends and holidays.
If a product requires personalization, then additional processing time may be required. These items should have lead times specified in the product description.
If once your order is placed we come to find that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately and give you an estimated date when we expect new stock to arrive. You will have the option of leaving this out of stock item on your order. If you choose to leave the item on your order, your account will still be charged for the out of stock item. Your prepaid order will be put on high priority over non-paid orders and will be processed first in the order received when the new stock arrives. If there is a further delay, we will notify you.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that your order has shipped and the expected delivery dates. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery, maybe less depending on the method of shipping selected at checkout. For example: If you select 2nd Day Air shipping and your order ships 5 - 7 business days from the day after you placed your order, then your order should arrive within 7 - 9 business days from the day after you placed your order. Please note that choosing a faster shipping method such as 2nd Day Air for example does not affect the processing time, only the shipping transit time. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you, so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.
