Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to return it for a refund you may do so. You may return any non-personalized item as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Your payment will be refunded less shipping charges. Return policy specifics are outlined below.

All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Your return package will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. If you have an item(s) that you would like to return, you must contact us for this number within 5 days of receiving your order. Email us at returns@bodaweddingfavors.com indicating your order number, the item(s) being returned and the reason. You can also call us at 888-624-8867, Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm (EST). You will receive a Return Authorization Number within 24 hours.

Again, you may return any non-personalized product as long as it is unused and unopened in its original packaging. Please note that the following are not returnable:


  • personalized, customized, and engraved products
  • personalized ribbon
  • edible products
  • wedding bubbles
  • cameras
  • clearance/closeout products
  • shipping charges


Once you have obtained a Return Authorization Number, click here to print an Order Return Form and fill in the requested information. Include this form in the package being returned.

We must receive your return within 14 days from the date the Return Authorization Number is issued. Please note that returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package or your return cannot be accepted.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we suggest that you insure the return package against damage and use a shipping company such as UPS or FedEx that offers a package tracking service. This will allow you to track the return package, confirm that we have received it, and allow you to file a claim with the shipping company should the return package be lost in transit or the items being returned arrive to us damaged. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged or that are lost in transit.

Authorized returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days from when they arrive to us. Once your return has been inspected, we will refund your payment less the original shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your original order, the original shipping costs will be re-applied to your order and that amount will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are refundable only if you are returning the item because we made an error in processing your original order or if the order arrived to you damaged. After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
