Shipping Options & Timeframes
Our normal method of shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico is UPS.
Most non-personalized orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days from when your order is placed. We do not process orders during the weekends and holidays. If you need a rush order, please call us at 888-624-8867 to discuss special arrangements. Once we have processed your order, we will ship it via the UPS shipping method you choose. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us indicating that your order has shipped along with the UPS tracking number. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you, so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

UPS Ground Delivery
If you choose UPS Ground as your shipping option, the map below shows the number of business days your package will be in transit once we have processed your order and it leaves our facility.
This delivery method is available for deliveries to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
UPS 3 Day Select Delivery
If you choose UPS 3 Day Select Delivery as your shipping option, you will receive your order by the end of the third business day after it has left our facility.
This delivery method is available for deliveries within the 48 contiguous states only.
UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery
If you choose UPS 2nd Day Air Delivery as your shipping option, you will receive your order by the end of the second business day after it has left our facility.
This delivery method is available for deliveries to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
UPS Next Day Air Delivery
If you choose UPS Next Day Air Delivery as your shipping option, you will receive your order by the end of the next business day after it has left our facility.
